How can we spice up the good ol' pastor's image?<br /><br />Here are my ideas:<br />1. Instead of calling him Brother Allan, we could shorten it to "Bro"<br />2. Someone could convince him to wear flip flops with his suits on Sunday morning<br />3. We could all chip in for some aviator sunglasses (with bifocals, of course)<br /><br /><em>Anyone else have an idea?<br /></em><br />Let's close with some little known church history in celebration of our 30th birthday!<br /><br /><strong>Did you know...</strong><br />...Fort Graham was first called Northlake Baptist Mission<br />...the church met for a while in a home, then in an emptied blue metal gas station/pool hall<br />...the first deacons had the task of cleaning out the gas station's walk in freezer--there were giant glow-in-the-dark eyes painted on the back wall<br />...the current sanctuary was framed and roofed in one week in July of 1992<br />...we once baptized in the lake when it was February<br />...there is a bell in the steeple<br /><br /><br />Happy 30th everyone!
